Final price will be $16.00/lb. (which includes processing & delivery, not sales tax approximately $35.00), and we expect each quarter to yield around 90 to 100 lbs. of take-home meat. Each quarter is processed into a variety of cuts, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, packaged in easy to use portions.
