Same standard cuts that Flying S customers are used too. Please allow: Two weeks for home delivery, farm pick up as soon as the next farm store open day Wed or Saturday.
A quarter yields approximately: 50 percent ground beef and 50 percent roasts, ribs, steaks and soup bones.
