We are Mariah and Travis Hurt, farmers and cheesemakers making delicious cheese in our on-farm creamery and running our micro-dairy tending to cows on pasture year-round. I don't know exactly how we got where we are today but I think it probably has something to do with loving to stand around the kitchen at the end of a long day talking and cutting one more bite of cheese from the wheel until much to our surprise the whole thing is gone.
